Develop, maintain, and enhance Rhapsody solutions Expertise in HL7, FHIR, eICR, Javascript Good SQL development skills Must-Have Skills: 3 years of Rhapsody development experience 3 years of HL7, eICR, and JavaScript experience 2 years of FHIR experience 3 years of SQL development 1 year of experience with transport protocols: Webservices, SFTP, TCPIP, HTTPS Very good communication and documentation skills Required Skills: 3 years of HL7 interface experience in Rhapsody 2 years of experience with EHR — Cerner Millennium preferred Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPs, Webservices, Microsoft OS, and security protocols Experience with SQL Server, XML, and interface engines Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12 Proven ability to perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across disparate systems Familiarity with secure data exchange protocols (e.g., VPN, SFTP, HTTPS) and regulatory compliance frameworks including HIPAA and HITECH ARK Solutions
