The Project Manager/Technical Architect develops comprehensive transition plans outlining milestones, deliverables, and knowledge transfer activities, and establishes governance models such as RACI matrices to coordinate between teams. They implement structured change control processes consistent with ITIL or equivalent best practices, conduct release readiness reviews, and ensure deployments occur within defined maintenance windows. The role coordinates with stakeholders for timely issue resolution and participates in regular meetings to review reports, discuss capacity planning, and address operational or resource concerns.
