Precast Engineer – Civil/Structural
Join our team as a Precast Engineer – shape the future of concrete design & innovation! Fisher Associates hires a full‑time Precast Engineer to design and engineer high‑quality precast concrete components for a variety of civil and structural projects. You’ll ensure every element meets structural codes, safety standards, and project specs—delivering safe, reliable, and cost‑effective solutions.
What You’ll Do
Execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards.
Support cost estimation for materials.
Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.
Requirements
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s preferred.
0–5 years minimum transportation/structural engineering experience.
Concrete design engineering course or design experience preferred.
EIT or ability to obtain it.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D.

Salary Range $72,000 – $85,000 annually
