Execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs. Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards. Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. Support cost estimation. Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle. Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables. What We Offer

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred 0–5 years minimum of transportation/structural engineering experience Precast concrete design engineering course or design experience preferred EIT or ability to obtain it Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D Professional performance standards aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values Proven ability to deliver high quality work and solve problems with critical thinking and sound judgment.
