Compensation: $130,900.00–$216,500.00
Overview Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer to keep our hotel properties running at peak performance. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with front-line teams to enhance guest experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions for guests and staff.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Respond to emergencies, including power outages, plumbing issues, and HVAC malfunctions.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential problems before they arise.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
Handle various tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Take ownership of your role and strive for excellence in every task.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a hotel engineer or similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.
