Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and Guests.
Assist in transporting money and chips.
Control access to restricted areas.
React to Guest and Team member incidents and accidents.
Monitor Guest and Team member passage in and out of the gaming facility.
Check for and report safety hazards.
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries or Guest questions as needed.
Operate a company vehicle and/or equipment requiring a valid Driver’s License, if applicable.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Abilities
Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
