Hiring a Project Manager responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting activities for large $20+ million dollar, turn-key commercial construction projects. This position involves conceptual development of construction projects and oversees organization, scheduling, and implementation. Contribute to a reputable organization with over 35 years of success and revenue growth over $750 million. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and 3-5 years of related experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience leading large-scale, ground-up construction projects of $20+ million in various commercial markets such as High-Rise, Multifamily, Student Housing, Senior Living, Industrial, and Hospitality. Knowledge of materials and methods involved in sitework and commercial structures construction. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. Willingness to travel regionally and nationally. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Additional Details:
