Your Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced engineering planning and design tasks on assigned projects under minimal supervision, including engineering drawings, reports, presentations, and regulatory/funding applications. Develop project scope, budgets, and design approach for small projects; support marketing and business development in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews, and supporting negotiations for contracts. Collaborate with stakeholders in client meetings, coordination meetings with internal/external consultants, owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to prepare and coordinate project specifications. Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external partners. Provide technical leadership on complex projects and serve as a technical resource to team members. Apply advanced knowledge of process engineering principles and stay informed of new methods and developments. Resolve complex issues using experience and engineered solutions where precedent is limited. Assist and/or lead the development of proposals and contract negotiations. Contribute to the development of new standards and specifications for process design. Supervise the work of other project resources, including budgeting and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Manager(s). Engineer of record for own work product and for work by non-licensed engineers/technologists. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred Licensure/Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer is required Pay and Benefits

Pay Range:

Locations in MN, VT, and various CA, NY areas – Min $90,900 and Max $131,800. Pay Transparency:

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Some roles are bonus eligible. Benefits Summary:
