Machinery Design Engineer
looking for a new challenge? We’re a leading company in the thermoforming machinery manufacturing sector and are seeking a skilled and innovative engineer to join our growing team.
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
What You'll Do
Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.
Perform calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate components.
Specify motor hp, gearbox torque, bearings and shafts for various applications.
Who We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in machinery design and development.
Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, etc.).
A strong understanding of materials science, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with welding methods and processes.
