Manufacturing Engineer

Design and implement facility layouts using AutoCAD and other industry‑standard software. Oversee and improve tooling processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of production systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols. Drive quality improvements through rigorous quality control and continuous process enhancement. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize production processes and workflows. Develop and maintain cost‑effective strategies for material procurement and utilization. Apply expertise in costing to ensure the financial viability of production processes. Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the safety and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the Construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software for designing and optimizing facility layouts. Extensive experience with tooling processes and maintenance protocols. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the Construction industry. Proven track record in driving quality improvements and controlling quality. Demonstrated experience in operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity. Proficient in costing and procurement strategies.
