Responsibilities
Designing and implementing facility layouts using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
Overseeing and improving tooling processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of production systems to ensure optimal performance.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Driving quality improvements through rigorous quality control and continuous process enhancement.
Collaborating with operations teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
Developing and maintaining cost-effective strategies for material procurement and utilization.
Applying expertise in costing to ensure the financial viability of production processes.
Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance the safety and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the Construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software for designing and optimizing facility layouts.
Extensive experience with tooling processes and maintenance protocols.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the Construction industry.
Proven track record in driving quality improvements and controlling quality.
Demonstrated experience in operations with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Proficient in costing and procurement strategies.
Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
