We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who want a great career at a growing company. We are seeking full-time, experienced Landscapers. Responsible for executing all landscaping work on properties, including lawn & garden care and landscaping maintenance. Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and overtime/weekends as needed. Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on skills/experience. Main Duties
Maintain gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding Weed and mulch landscape beds Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs Apply fertilizers, maintain landscape design features, remove weeds/dead plant material, and oversee repairs as necessary Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend work as required, including on-call snow removal during and after snow events. Work is in Charlottesville, Virginia. Reliable commute or relocation to this area is required before starting work. Required Education, Skills, And Experience
High School Diploma/GED Minimum 1 year experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role preferred, but not required Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment, including tractors, mowers, leaf blowers, and aerators (or be willing to learn) Lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of an outdoors job, including standing, bending, pulling, and climbing Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Work well with a team or independently when necessary Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time Adhere to strict safety precautions Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred The Benefits
