Observe construction activities daily, validate contractor-reported progress, and perform field reconnaissance to identify discrepancies from approved design documents.

Identify and address items adverse to quality and resolve non-conforming designs via the NCR process; perform weekly in-process reviews of work packages; conduct field walkdowns of completed SSC installations to support testing and turnover.

Initiate corrective action programs and reports as required; support all divisions to complete construction of the Production Facility and turnover to Operations.

Maintain clear and effective communication with external stakeholders (engineer of record, contractors, vendors) to advance project goals; promote safety by conducting walkdowns and coaching others as needed.

Other duties as assigned by the Field Engineering Manager.
