BluePearl Pet Hospital in Renton is hiring a Relief Licensed Veterinary Technician for our ER department!
LVT I Pay:
$25.60 - $36.80 / hour This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the CareerTrax leveling system. We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, with a minimum of 4 hours for shift differentials. Examples include: Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential We are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Technician who enjoys patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:
Triage and obtain patient history Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines Perform advanced radiographs Monitor and care for ventilator cases Provide Level 2 & 3 inpatient care Work alongside skilled technicians and assistants to deliver excellent, advanced medicine.
