Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K‑12 school in Cambridge, MA for the current school year on a contract basis. This role involves providing specialized speech and language support primarily to an early childhood caseload within a vibrant educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students from early childhood through grade 12.
Develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication disorders.
Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student progress and inclusion.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
Ensure compliance with school district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC) is required.
Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.
Ability to work full time with a caseload focused on early childhood students.
Candidates must be available to start within the next 2‑3 weeks.
Candidates should be prepared for a 37.5‑hour work week.
The district requires in-person work; virtual service provision or support by Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is not permitted.
