A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is sought to provide speech and language therapy services in a vibrant K-12 school setting in Pittsfield, MA. This contract role for the upcoming school year offers the opportunity to impact students\' communication skills while collaborating with educators and families. Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy plans to students with speech and language disorders across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student progress and develop appropriate interventions Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports on each student\'s therapy goals and outcomes Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning sessions Stay current with best practices and professional development in speech-language pathology Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA Valid certification or licensure as a School-Based SLP Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for supporting student success Location: Pittsfield, MA Duration: Contract position for the next school year Compensation ranges from $42.13 to $62.13 per hour.
