Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT outpatient program and begin their services Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as housing, financial needs such as Social Security or general assistance Provide transportation to doctor appointments as needed Conduct group sessions Maintain program statistics Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or BSW with some experience with community resources Ability to be flexible with their work schedule Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history Benefits
