Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ Responsibilities Responsible for identifying, locating, and securing housing for individuals with mental illness Works closely with state psychiatric hospitals to facilitate discharges of individuals into the community.
