Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions during the shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organization’s values to support exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities include: Assisting with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput. Participating in quality assessments of patient care services. Collaborating to foster teamwork and support improved outcomes. Engaging in service recovery and supporting a patient-first philosophy. Supporting staff scheduling and inventory management. Qualifications: 3-5 years of RN ER acute care experience; charge experience preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days. Satori Alternatives Management (SAM) within 30 days. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 30 days. RN license in Texas or a compact state.
