Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical procedures to include in vivo and in vitro studies; operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation including stationary imaging devices, scintillation gamma and apparatus for in vitro counting. Calibrate and draw up radiopharmaceutical materials for administration to patients; formulate radiopharmaceutical materials from pre-prepared kits. Process computerized image data to include function curves and reconstructed SPECT images. Perform Nuclear Cardiology studies including image acquisition, processing and monitoring patient vital signs. Perform EKG prep, tracing and monitors for obvious change during cardiac studies. May rotate shifts or be in an “on call” status as needed or directed by the organization. Qualifications
Required Education: Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technology program. Required Licensure: RTN or CNMT; MRAD - Texas; BLS - AHA. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $32.30 - $48.05 per hour. Employment Type
