Position Details Located among the beautiful hills and quiet towns of eastern Connecticut, join our primary care team in Windham!
Role: Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Location: Windham, CT.
Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+).
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only. Ask about our flexible work schedule!
Call schedule: No call required.

Qualifications Requirements:
Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
Experience: New grads welcome!
