We prioritize professional growth with plenty of learning and mentoring opportunities for our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. With a strong team and 2.5 support staff per provider, you’ll have the resources you need to focus on patient care. Conveniently located near shopping centers with easy access to I-84. Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Role Scope Under established guidelines and in collaboration with the practice physician(s), Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients. They develop plans for further evaluation of health needs and refer to other team members or specialists as appropriate. They provide treatment within their scope and refer outside of scope as needed.
Qualifications Requirements
Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
Experience: 2+ years in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting
