Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees Manages the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting Reviews project details to proactively manage risk Evaluates observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site Develops relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Professional engineer registration (PE/EIT) in TX 2+ years of experience in water resources Experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred Knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, taking into account time, cost and resources An effective communicator with all levels of employees Possess strategic and effective delegation skills Knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans
