Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer
Electric Hydrogen is hiring a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to help maintain and expand the digital representation of our rapidly scaling manufacturing processes. The role is based onsite at our Devens, MA office and reports to the Manager, Data Integration. Overview Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to decarbonize industry by producing hydrogen from renewable electrolysis. We are seeking an MES Engineer to support the MES on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with process engineers and operations teams to ensure digital systems meet business needs. Responsibilities
Support implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) on the manufacturing floor. Collaborate with process engineers and the operations team to ensure digital systems meet their needs. Provide daily on-the-floor support to troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues that impede operations. Write documentation and provide training to operators on using the MES system. Support the MES team in implementing process updates and other improvements to MES. Assist in creating reports for data customers using MES Analytics and other in-house data reporting tools. Assist in implementing integration between MES and other business systems. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering field. 5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment. Familiarity with an MES program such as FactoryLogix, Siemens OpCenter Execution, FactoryTalk, or Plex; preference for FactoryLogix. Familiarity with Lean concepts. Able to work with engineers and operators to support their needs. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other coding languages. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $110,000—$130,000 USD. Actual base salary will be determined based on work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, education, and experience. In addition to base salary, Electric Hydrogen offers a total rewards package that may include: Equity grant Time-off programs $75/month cell phone allowance 4% employer 401(k) match 100% fully paid premiums for employees and families (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term & long-term disability) Discretionary bonus Electric Hydrogen’s benefits programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
