The Role:
We’re looking for a
hands-on Electrical Engineer
to help with the design, development, and testing of next-generation hardware. Working closely with a team, you’ll play a hand in analog and digital circuit design to PCB layout and prototyping – playing a key role in building efficient, low-power electronic systems. Key Responsibilities: Design both analog and digital electronic circuits, including schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs) Develop and refine electrical systems to ensure high performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability Assemble and test electronic hardware, including printed circuit boards and electromechanical components Diagnose and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other standard test equipment Contribute across the entire product development lifecycle—from initial concept through prototyping and final release Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including marketing, mechanical engineering, and procurement Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and manage component deliveries Quickly learn and adapt to new CAD and simulation tools for circuit design and validation Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware design Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles Proficient with industry-standard PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar Familiarity with RF systems and embedded hardware is a plus Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving design tools and processes U.S. citizenship required due to eligibility for federally funded projects Skilled in general office software and engineering documentation platforms What We Offer: Competitive Salary – Up to $90,000 annually, depending on experience Relocation Bonus – $10,000 sign-on and relocation incentive to help you get settled Annual Profit Sharing – Consistent program running for over 10 years Full Health Coverage – 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) – Company contributes $3,000 per year Generous Time Off – Paid holidays and flexible paid time off policies Retirement Benefits – 401(k) plan with 5% employer matching Professional Development – $4,000 per year available for certifications, courses, and training ️
