Base pay range $116,000 - $126,000
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of analog and digital circuits, power systems, and signal processing subsystems for complex products.
Define system-level architecture and component selection for electronic systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Develop and validate circuit designs from initial concept through simulation, prototyping, testing, and integration.
Design and implement complex control systems, including microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs as required for product functionality.
Lead and mentor the PCB design process, ensuring layouts are optimized for signal integrity, manufacturability, and thermal management.
Review and approve PCB designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC‑2221) and internal design guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and system-level integration.
Strong experience with PCB design and layout software (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, Mentor Graphics).
Hands‑on experience troubleshooting analog, digital, and mixed‑signal hardware with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Experience with IDEs (STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB X, Atmel Studio) and toolchains (GCC, IAR).
Solid understanding of EMC, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal design.
Knowledge of wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee) and IoT systems desirable.
Familiarity with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, CMSIS‑RTOS).
Proficiency in embedded system design and firmware development for microcontrollers (C/C++ programming).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Proactive, results‑oriented problem‑solving ability.
