The Direct Hire Search Consultant at Manpower is seeking a Moldmaker responsible for building, revising and maintaining molds, tooling, and fixtures by performing machining and mechanical processes, methods and techniques. There are opportunities to grow into larger or different roles with proven performance, and the role provides additional support to production teams. Base pay

$50 - $60/hour Responsibilities
Build new molds along with mold inserts for existing tooling. Repair to allow quick turn-around with issues as they arise within the competency level. Maintain current and appropriate documentation in mold files and complete all job-related documentation. Operate Tool Room equipment at a high level of competency (CNC Mills, CNC EDMs and CNC Lathes) to a proficient level. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to mold cycling, mold function in the press, miscellaneous tooling and fixtures as required. Qualifications
2-year degree in mold making or completion of a qualified apprenticeship program Ability to demonstrate problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations and computer data entry Ability to perform repetitive pushing and sliding of mold plates and mold inserts A complete job description will be provided.
