ProSidian Seeks a Structural Engineering Analyst [DOE0115114] for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent engagement generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supporting DOE EM Hanford, a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Structural Engineering Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 engagement with potential conversion to a full‑time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Structural Engineering Analyst for Environmental Management Sector clients (DOE-EM / Hanford Field Office) focusing on Environmental Services Solutions. Work location generally in the CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest Region. The role supports safety, environment, and quality services to ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanford’s cleanup mission. Location: Richland, Washington area (subject to change). Initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354. Responsibilities

Conduct design reviews, structural analyses, prepare engineering calculations, and resolve technical issues. Support Program Office 05, AMSE/AMSQ, and related functional areas (electrical, facility, industrial hygiene, regulatory, safety, nuclear safety, radiological protection, QA, fire protection, etc.) across Hanford Field Office. Review structural analysis and plans for nuclear facilities; support risk management and reporting; contribute to the safety, efficiency, and economic viability of structural operations at the Hanford site. Author DOE structural engineering evaluations and provide broad structural engineering support in the GSS framework for Hanford. Qualifications

5–10+ years engineering/structural design; DOE/nuclear experience preferred. BS Engineering; PE desirable. Experience supporting Environmental Management Sector operations and related regulatory/compliance requirements. Skills and Competencies

Structural analysis, design review, technical writing. Program and project management support aligned with AMSE/AMSQ activities. Problem-solving, collaboration, sound judgment, and strong communication. Other Details

Functional attributes: Structural engineering analysis; on-site and remote support as required; travel as approved; security clearance requirements per task. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; some work may be remote with on-site support.
