Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction role for Michael Page. This position oversees all on-site operations for commercial construction projects in the Memphis area, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities require strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills to manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams, and maintain high-quality construction standards. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate daily with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and keep the project on track. Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, schedules, inspections, and change orders. Lead site meetings and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures. Anticipate and address potential delays or issues before they impact the project timeline or budget. Profile / Qualifications
At least 8-10 years of experience leading commercial projects from ground-up to closeout. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. OSHA certification and proficiency in construction management software are preferred. Company
