Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to quality and safety standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site. Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and equipment needs. Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address issues and ensure project progress.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and subcontractors. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently on-site. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining project schedules and budgets. Previous experience working as a Project Engineer, with a solid foundation in construction management principles.
