Welding Engineer

Develop and improve welding standards, processes, and specifications Perform and oversee
TIG repair welding
on challenging materials (nickel alloys, cobalt, stainless steel) Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards; certify and mentor welders Lead projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and modernize processes Provide technical expertise, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgical Engineering 4+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience (preferred) Hands-on TIG repair welding experience with aerospace-grade superalloys Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills Why Join
