Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated early childhood team. This role is perfect for a clinician passionate about making a foundational impact in the lives of preschool-aged children with complex communication and learning needs. You will be a key player in helping our students find their voice. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to preschool children in individual and small group settings. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a strong emphasis on
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) . Design, customize, and program AAC devices and systems to support student communication. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Massachusetts SLP License. Experience with AAC and students with complex learning needs is required. ASHA CCC-SLP preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
