A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This contract position, located in Andover, MN, offers the chance to make a positive impact on children's communication development across a full school year (CSY). Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to support remote learners. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative support. Desired Qualifications Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience working in school settings serving pediatric populations. Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or active licensure as an SLP or SLPA in healthcare or educational environments.
