Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student\'s needs. Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language objectives. Monitor progress carefully and maintain detailed documentation of student outcomes. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care. Engage families in the therapy process, promoting understanding and support. Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Additional Requirements
Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology. Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
