Job Description Supply Chain Analyst Location:

Downers Grove, IL (hybrid; onsite Tues-Thurs) Reports to:

Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview Trillium Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage the day-to-day supply chain operations across both the U.S. and Canadian businesses.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF) by maintaining alignment between production plans, inventory levels, and customer demand. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst will partner closely with plant schedulers, demand planners, and customer service teams to optimize planning processes, drive efficiency, and support execution at the site level.

This role is

based at Trillium Foods’ headquarters in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily inventory levels and perform analysis to ensure production plans align with customer demand and fulfillment needs.

Actively track forecast-to-sales performance to identify potential inventory or stock shortages, collaborating with customers and customer service to recommend order adjustments (e.g., date or quantity changes).

Partner with plant schedulers in both the U.S. and Canada to ensure production plans support demand forecasts and inventory requirements.

Lead weekly supply outlook calls with customers, serving as the liaison between the customer and plant operations.

Manage customer demand forecasts in collaboration with the Demand Planning team.

Complete administrative tasks, including item setup documentation and related data entry as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

Deep understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and production planning.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite is strongly .

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

Strategic thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving both individual and team success.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree (B.A.) in a related discipline; ideally supply chain.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in inventory management
