In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our end-to-end supply chain processes by leveraging data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, planning, finance, and IT to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our end-to-end supply chain processes by leveraging data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, planning, finance, and IT to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and map supply chain workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation. Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements or new capabilities. Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, test, and implement solutions that optimize supply chain performance. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support real-time visibility into inventory, procurement, logistics, and demand planning. Conduct root-cause analysis of supply chain inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations. Support master data management related to products, vendors, inventory, and purchase orders. Lead or assist in system implementations, upgrades, and user training initiatives. Partner with finance to reconcile inventory values and support budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across the supply chain lifecycle. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, supply chain analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience with ERP, supply chain, or business intelligence systems. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; Excel and/or SQL skills preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP, inventory management, or logistics software. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce environments. Familiarity with integration tools or platforms and basic technical understanding of system workflows.
