Leverage analytical applications to clean, transform, and analyze complex data sets Support partnerships with Customer Experience Groups to advise on strategies and deliver actionable insights Facilitate identification of KPIs, trend analysis, and segmentation to improve business performance Prepare and deliver presentations that summarize insights and recommendations Stay updated on AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI trends to enhance analytical capabilities Document data lineage and manage the analytics lifecycle from ideation to delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful analytics projects Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics Two years of experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, or a related field Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to document data lineage, scope analyses, and manage analytics lifecycle Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline Experience in financial services, consulting, or customer experience analytics Familiarity with Competitive Intelligence tools and techniques Knowledge of the latest trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI About Us
