in every interaction. What You’ll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other digital platforms. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures while delivering a friendly and supportive customer experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service updates to provide customers with the most accurate information. Proactively suggest solutions, resources, or alternatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Who You Are A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of simplifying complex information. Empathetic and patient, with a natural ability to listen, understand, and put yourself in the customer’s shoes. Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools and systems. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field preferred (but not required—we value attitude and willingness to learn). High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, or customer support platforms is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills, especially when working independently from home.
