Job Description
Works in partnership with department leaders to provide program direction and management. Develops and oversees functional area or system programs which meet the needs of patients, families, and community served.
Experience
1 year of experience coordinating small or department programs 1 year of experience in a professional working environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience working collaboratively with teams and employees at all levels within an organization Must possess excellent customer service skills Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office May require reliable transportation Demonstrated success in program development, project planning, and project management Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and work independently and within teams Personal organization and time management
Job Responsibilities
Creates, manages, and executes project scope, schedule, resources, and change management initiatives. Communicates and documents project plan, status updates, business goals, and governance plan to team and stakeholders effectively. Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities. Collaborates with specialists both inside and outside the organization with assigned tasks to deliver subject matter expert activities. Ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget. Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees. Mentor team members to encourage personal and professional growth. Encourage ongoing skill development by providing opportunities for continued education.
