Work
Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements, for large‑scale datacenter construction projects.
Manage cross‑functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Facilitate IPS’s (Interactive Planning Sessions) for the project with discipline leads, vendors and client inputs.
Establish the project critical path and continue to analyze and report throughout the project.
Comply with relevant Owner policies and procedures and work within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
5+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.
5+ years of using computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. programs.
Bonus Points
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Proficient in Primavera / P6.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations.
Good verbal, written communication skills, proven problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work.
Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross‑functional groups.
Familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology.
Ability to present data from detailed to high‑level depending on audience.
Experience with Data Center construction programs.
