This role resides in the Global Supply Chain Organization within Corporate Strategic Procurement (CSP) and under the Global Logistics Strategic Sourcing (GLSS) Org. GLSS is responsible for indirect logistics procurement, logistics sourcing strategy and supplier management. As a transportation logistics sourcing manager in GLSS, you will partner across multiple stakeholder groups to implement a transportation commodity strategy. You will be one of the key liaisons between the team and multiple stakeholders such as Global Logistics, Finance and others. The role spans strategic sourcing, supply chain systems and capabilities, operational teams, and strategic supplier management programs. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibilities

Leverages and applies strong understanding of contracting and negotiating, risk mitigation, and supplier relationship management to manage supplier relationships and provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions with adherence to procurement policies. Develops and executes commodity strategies, as well as drives supplier development through innovation and collaboration. Maintains advanced knowledge of industry and market dynamics, and knowledge of commodities to drive supply chain solutions ahead of Intel's needs. Owns relationships and coordinates activities with stakeholders to acquire services in a cost effective and timely manner. Ensures that the respective commodity meets the business demand and cost requirements necessary for Intel to develop great products/services for its customers. Conducts periodic executive reviews of commodity sourcing strategy in partnership with internal teams/customers to shape strategic business objectives and account investments through aligned roadmaps. Reviews and pivots sourcing strategy when required in response to changing market conditions and develops mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. Leads sustainability and regulatory compliance and ensures suppliers comply with Intel's business processes. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive supply chain optimization, understand affordability, set cost targets and define cost reduction roadmaps through detailed understanding of supplier's financial targets, business objectives, and margins. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills • Solid analytical, problem solving, and project management skills Understanding of benchmarking concepts, data, methods and how to apply them Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on competing priorities Negotiation and collaboration skills to influence positive outcomes with suppliers, business partners, and upper management Excellent written and oral communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a broader global team Tolerance for ambiguity in a highly changing environment Expertise in managing difficult/sensitive negotiations and conversations with suppliers This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and relocation will not be provided. This is a 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Extension is subject to mutual agreement between the candidate and the business. Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field of study 4+ years of relevant experience in Supplier Management Experience with logistics/transportation logistics and data analytics Preferred Qualifications Strong data analytics skills and knowledge of systems Microsoft BI knowledge with an emphasis on creating dashboards, metrics and capacity visuals Strong supplier management experience including scorecards, goal setting, escalation management Knowledge of transportation sourcing systems such as Coupa, Keelvar, others Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written) Benefits
