Overview
Senior Associate, Process Manager - AML Content Developer and Facilitator role at Capital One. The Anti-Money Laundering University (AMLU) training team is seeking a senior process manager who will be responsible for training content development, oversight and coordination of training, and facilitation of training for the AML Program. A successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment as they create AML/Sanctions/Fraud training documents, oversee the logistics for training experiences, and facilitate training for AML audiences. The role is best suited to an individual passionate about continuous learning and able to apply learning in an ever-changing environment. Strong organization, communication and facilitation skills and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain learning materials and performance support tools (including self-study, eLearning, instructor led training materials, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality (includes traditional, web-based, and mobile design) Create behavior-based case studies, assessments, and evaluation methods Facilitate training materials to diverse audiences in virtual and/or live training environments Provide training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including multimedia (example: video) to enhance the learner experience Participate in and/or facilitate project kickoff meetings, check-ins with team members and/or stakeholders at various levels in the organization Recommend and document project instructional standards and strategies, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans Partner with other team members to support material development as needed Ability to identify issues, diagnose problems, generate alternative solutions, and analyze opportunities Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision Demonstrate ability to manage multiple e-learning projects at one time Demonstrate ability to hold self, team and/or stakeholders accountable to project timelines or communicate risks for delivery Demonstrate proficient use of multiple rapid development content tools to create online e-Learning experiences Work effectively in a team environment or as an independent contributor Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 years experience facilitating training in virtual environments At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology At least 2 years of experience in content development At least 2 years experience in Authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate At least 2 years experience using Google Suite At least 1 year experience with video and audio editing Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years experience in instructional design methodology (iADDIE, SAM or AGILE) and content development 3+ years experience facilitating training in virtual environments 3+ years experience in Authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate 3+ years of experience with video and audio editing Experience with project management and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience Note:

Salaries are for candidates hired to work within the listed locations and reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Locations and ranges include: Jericho, NY: $94,100 - $107,400 for Sr. Process Manager Chicago, IL: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. Process Manager New Orleans, LA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager New York, NY: $94,100 - $107,400 for Sr. Process Manager Plano, TX: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager Wilmington, DE: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
