The Anti-Money Laundering University (AMLU) training team is seeking a senior process manager who will be responsible for training content development, oversight and coordination of training, and facilitation of training for the AML Program. A successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, creating AML/Sanctions/Fraud training documents, overseeing the logistics for training experiences, and facilitating training for AML audiences. The role is best suited to an individual passionate about continuous learning and able to apply learning in an ever‑changing environment.
General Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain learning materials and performance support tools (including self‑study, eLearning, instructor‑led training materials, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality.
Create behavior‑based case studies, assessments, and evaluation methods.
Facilitate training materials to diverse audiences in virtual and/or live training environments.
Provide training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including multimedia (e.g., video) to enhance the learner experience.
Participate in and/or facilitate project kick‑off meetings and check‑ins with team members and/or stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
Recommend and document project instructional standards and strategies, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans.
Partner with other team members to support material development as needed.
Identify issues, diagnose problems, generate alternative solutions, and analyze opportunities.
Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow‑through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple e‑learning projects at one time.
Demonstrate ability to hold self, team, and/or stakeholders accountable to project timelines and communicate risks for delivery.
Demonstrate proficient use of multiple rapid‑development content tools to create online e‑Learning experiences.
Comfortable working in a team environment and as an independent contributor.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 2 years experience facilitating training in virtual environments.
At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology.
At least 2 years of experience in content development.
At least 2 years experience in authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate.
At least 2 years experience using Google Suite.
At least 1 year experience with video and audio editing.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years experience in instructional design methodology (iADDIE, SAM, or AGILE) and content development.
3+ years experience facilitating training in virtual environments.
3+ years experience in authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate.
3+ years of experience with video and audio editing.
Experience with project management and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks.
