QA inspector with 1+ years of experience in Plastic Injection molding. 1st Shift - 7:45AM-4:15PM. We offer shift differential! Starting rate is $20.00/hr but can pay up to $30 based on experience. Compensation is based on years of experience and certification. Summary/Objective
The quality inspector position conducts product and process verifications by visual examination, mechanical evaluation and/or physical test. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inspection of product using common measuring tools (e.g., micrometer, caliper, pin-gauges, travel and drop indicators, scales, etc.). Setup and measurement of parts using coordinate measuring machine. Generate spreadsheets for data collection; including recording of results using good documentation practices. Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments. Responsible for sustainability of retained samples process. Interact with Customer quality representatives as needed. Verify the conformance of incoming raw materials to purchasing documents. Verify the conformance of outgoing final product. Interact with production personnel regarding product and process issues. Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence and procedures.
