Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel

Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

The Ideal Services Supervisor leads a team of Ideal Services Agents in providing five diamond customer service to a wide variety of callers. As the main communication center of the hotel, Ideal Services fields a high volume of calls from both internal and external customers, responding to a diverse array of questions and requests.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously.

Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate personnel or guest.

Assist all guests and employees.

Initiating Omni prompt responses help line by logging information regarding problems / situations which require prompt attention and relaying to appropriate personnel.

Recording and making Wake up calls.

Operating switchboard and two-way radio.

Train new associates

Operating Systems- Monitor Alice and Synergy.

Maintaining Hotel Directory

Stay Up to date with emergency response procedures.

Review agents prompt response logs

Assure daily check list are completed.

Qualifications
