Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

This role is onsite in Nevada roughly 1 hour from Reno, NV.
Our client does offer relocation assistance but must currently live in the U.S.
Minimal travel, on-call 24/7 and working typical business hours
Should have: 10+ years of advanced experience in a food manufacturing environment including 5 years of management experience at the Plant/Operations/Manufacturing level.
This role oversees all Operating departments within the site. The position involves collaborating with plant management, employees, and acting as a liaison with all other departments. Responsibilities include the supervision of Receiving, Production, Maintenance, Wastewater, and Warehouse departments.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the health, safety, and well-being of team members
Verify adequate staffing of teams to meet business needs
Participate in core leadership processes, including developing budgets, onboarding, and succession planning
Lead development of Key Performance Indicators
Facilitate communication between customers and Plant employees and departments
Ensure facility operations comply with company policies, expectations, and regulatory requirements
Support an innovative, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and learning
Assist leaders in optimizing business integration systems
Lead stakeholder collaboration to standardize functions in quality, safety, maintenance, sustainability, environmental matters, SAP, Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Auditing
Enable teams to improve equipment reliability
Partner with stakeholders to manage Capital and Expense Project Management processes.
Education and Experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience and 10+ years of progressive food manufacturing experience, including 5 years in management.
Drink Powder / Spray Drying
Ability to exercise independent judgment and act.
Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including persuasive communication
Self-motivation and direction
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
Effective interaction and communication with employees and customers at various levels
Adaptability to changing environments and requirements.
On-call availability.
