Lead smooth onboarding and technical integrations for new CPO customers Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success Collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams to deliver customer value Drive adoption, training, and satisfaction from day one What we’re looking for
Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management within SaaS or EV/energy tech Strong technical understanding, confident working with APIs, data flows, or integrations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive problem-solver who loves helping customers succeed Seniority level
