They’re expanding across the DACH region and are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure every customer experiences the full value of their breakthrough solution. The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to be part of a revolutionary shift in medical imaging, where innovation meets real clinical impact. You’ll work directly with hospitals and imaging teams, helping them implement and optimise a transformative AI solution that’s changing how radiology operates. You’ll act as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and clinical excellence, guiding customers through onboarding, setup, and ongoing success. Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and product installation, ensuring seamless integration with MRI workflows and network systems. Optimise MRI scan parameters and configurations to deliver the best results from the AI solution. Provide hands-on training and technical support to clinical teams and channel partners. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Operations teams to align on customer needs and rollout plans. Address customer inquiries and ensure consistently high levels of satisfaction. Gather feedback from users and communicate insights to the global product team to drive continuous improvement. Travel regularly to customer sites across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to provide on-site support and relationship management. What We’re Looking For
Qualified Radiographer / MTRA or relevant healthcare background. 3–5 years of experience in medical imaging, MRI, or healthcare technology. Strong understanding of MRI workflows and sequence optimisation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in German and English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, international environment.
