As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities Act as a dedicated single-threaded POC to organize and manage all manual workflows surrounding third-party hardware. Ensure quality, process improvements, and compliance standards across deployments and throughout its ongoing sustaining state. Work with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to manage and deliver infrastructure solutions. Work with operations managers, data center technicians, and partner teams in order to execute existing processes, improve processes and identify efficiencies that can be implemented. Become a trusted expert in data center infrastructure solutions, and provide operational and technical advice around these technologies.
