Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience with supply chain reverse and forward logistics.

Preferred qualifications

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with order management, transportation, and distribution systems.

You will be responsible for managing complex programs, defining requirements, managing project schedules, and communicating to stakeholders. You will be accountable for reliable and efficient delivery on behalf of CSCO’s customers and users.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.

Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders.

Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies.

Execute change management requirements identified by program stakeholders.

Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure they have the insights needed to make effective decisions.
